Time for a change as I move back into the World or Wine with more Wine Education and Wine Writing. Having successfully sold my restaurant Bistro One I am diving headlong into new projects and events.
Based in Plymouth, Devon I offer my services primarily in the West Country but would be more than happy to travel to other locations to view a considered event.
As is the modern world I am active and visible on social networks. You can find me on: Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Please visit or contribute to my sites. We return all enquiries or correspondences.
So with this brief intro complete I invite you to visit the pages on this website to glean what we can really offer. Assuring a professional service for all events and projects undertaken.

Yes please... @LouisLatourUK @BourgogneWines
Brand new wine from @louislatouruk . Fixin is in the Côte de Nuits and makes almost exclusively red ‘winter wines’ as they tend to need more time in the bottle. This is for those who like rustic Bourgogne - animal scents, musk and pepper amongst the black cherry and black fruit.
