Understanding Wine - Autumn 2009

Join Wine Educator Stephen Barrett on a six-week Monday night wine course at Bistro One in Plymouth.

Designed to take the mystery out of wine Stephen will guide you through the wine maize with explanations and tastings conducted in workshop style. Each Monday night for six weeks we explore White, Red, Champagne and Sparkling, Fortified and Dessert wines, Blind Tasting and Wine with Food.

Conducted in Workshop Style and limited to 20 places Understanding Wine is the course for you.

Cost - £150.00 per person - includes all wine samples. A One-Course Bistro Supper will be offered after each course.

Starting Monday November 2nd to December 7th - 7pm 'till 9pm - Understanding Wine will be repeated in January 2010
