Now well into its sixth year, Bistro One, situated in the historic Victorian Conservation area known as Ebrington Street, only Five Minutes from the University of Plymouth  the Barbican, Drakes Circus Shopping Centre and Jury's Inn, Chef and Restaurateur Stephen Barrett brings a menu of surprises cooked in a Modern Bistro Style. Sourcing the majority of  ingredients from local suppliers. Stephen and the team continue to deliver dishes that  surprise and delight. Wines also play a very important role @ Bistro One with a short but succinct collection of well-priced house wines and funky bin-ends at excellent prices.
